1 General Terms

These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between the crickexnow platform and all its members. Creating an account, logging in, playing any game, or placing a bet on crickexnow means you have read and fully accepted these terms.

This platform operates for users in Bangladesh. Customer support is available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the interpretation of crickexnow authority shall be final.

Alongside these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are also in effect and form part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on crickexnow and take part in any betting or casino activity, a member must be 21 years of age or older. Opening an account for anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.

crickexnow authority may at any time request a national identity card or other government-issued document to verify age. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one crickexnow account. If one person operates multiple accounts, or if multiple accounts are registered from a single household device, the authority reserves the right to close all related accounts and withhold any funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email — must be complete, accurate, and truthful. Opening an account with false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the member's own responsibility. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, customer support must be contacted immediately.

No crickexnow representative will ever ask for a password or OTP by phone, email, or chat. Treat any such request as fraudulent.

3.2 Keeping Contact Details Updated

If a mobile number or email address changes, the member must update their profile information. The member is solely responsible for any important messages sent to outdated contact details.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

crickexnow authority may request documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Verifying the member's identity and payment method may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal will remain on hold.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on crickexnow are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

If funds do not appear in the account after the deposit process is complete, contact customer support with proof of the transaction. Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

The payment account used for withdrawal must be registered in the member's own name. Withdrawals to another person's account are not permitted.

4.3 Withdrawal Before Bonus Wagering is Complete

If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement of an active bonus is fulfilled, the bonus balance and any winnings from that bonus will be cancelled. Only the remaining amount from the original deposit may be returned.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

Other promotional offers — including the weekly deposit festival, cricket deposit offer, and weekend deposit special — each have their own specific terms. The wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, and time limits differ for each offer.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once unless the terms state otherwise.
• A bonus is only for the person whose account it was credited to — it is not transferable.
• crickexnow authority reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• To withdraw winnings earned using a bonus, the related wagering requirement must be completed.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless crickexnow authority decides otherwise due to a technical error. If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical fault, the authority may void the relevant bet and return the stake.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds displayed when betting on cricket, football, or other sports are based on actual probability — they are not a guarantee of winning, only numerical indicators. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be refunded unless the specific bet terms state otherwise.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slots operate using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and no previous result influences the next. By participating, the member is considered to have voluntarily accepted this.

6.4 Live Casino

If a disconnection or technical issue occurs during a live casino game, the result of any round that has already been finalised will stand. crickexnow will not be liable for any loss caused by a connection problem.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on crickexnow:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial means.
• Using fraudulent software, bots, or automated methods.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to find security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Misconduct or making threats toward the authority or other members.

If any such activity is detected, crickexnow authority may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and report the matter to the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Full details on how crickexnow collects, stores, and uses members' personal information are provided in our Privacy Policy. This policy is an integral part of these terms.

Member data is not sold to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with trusted payment gateways and technology partners as required to operate the service. All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

Documents submitted for KYC verification are stored securely and used only for identity verification purposes.

9 Responsible Gaming

crickexnow believes that betting and gaming are a form of entertainment — not a guaranteed source of income. We encourage our members to play in a healthy and controlled manner.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

crickexnow authority may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If false information provided during registration is proven.
• If any clause of the terms and conditions is violated.
• If documents are not provided for KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.

10.2 Closure at the Member's Own Request

Any member may voluntarily close their account. In this case, any balance free of pending wagering requirements will be withdrawable. If a self-exclusion request is made for responsible gaming reasons, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period has ended.

11 Limitation of Liability

The crickexnow platform operates on an "as is" basis. crickexnow cannot be held liable for any loss caused by technical faults, internet disconnection, or issues with third-party service providers.

If any unauthorised transaction occurs due to a member's own negligence with their account details, the member bears that responsibility. However, any security-related complaint reported in good faith will be properly investigated by crickexnow.

Any information displayed on the platform is subject to change. crickexnow authority reserves the right to change game rules, odds, and promotional terms.

12 Changes to Terms

crickexnow may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or mobile number, or the changes will be clearly announced on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a member does not agree to the new terms, they may request account closure.
